Hal was my 3rd realtor in 5 months.  As soon as I met him, I knew with his approach towards our search that he would find me a home for my family.  Any realtor can sell or buy a house.  Hal found homes, there is a difference!  He quickly learned that my needs and what I was looking for would make it fairly difficult to locate the perfect one.  Well, after only about 1 month working with Hal, in a fairly active and competitive market, he did it.  He worked tirelessly throughout that time, was extremely punctual and always was easily accessible.  It also helped that he was a Philadelphia fan.  It made the bond even stronger.  I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your hard work and dedication.  There will be barbecues in the near future and you will be one of the first invited.  Thanks again.

Hal did a super job presenting the property to us.  He was very knowledgeable and professional when he was showing the house.  He took time to know all of the ins and outs of the property, as well as the legal. He was very accommodating when showing the house to us and our family (son, daughter-in-law, mother-in-law). 

In fact, it was he that made us buy the house. Unlike any other agent, he was able to help us picture ourselves in the house with descriptions of where my caterer would set up when we threw parties or where to sit so that the TV viewing angle was good from the informal dinner table.

This photo was taken about 5 minutes after the moving trucks left.  Bonnie and Rick were so accommodating and I can't thank them enough for their kind words!
