Listing Your Home

by Hal Feldman (MiamiHal.com)

Moving is a nervous and frenetic time. On average, people only sell two homes in their lifetime, so you're bound to have some questions when it’s your turn to sell. Therefore, listing your home with the right real estate agent is a big decision, but it doesn't have to be a difficult process.

First, many people have a family member or a friend who is a real estate agent. Great! So long as this person is (a) a seasoned full-time agent you have full confidence in and with whom you are comfortable sharing your general finances with and (b) an expert in the local area where your home is, go for it. However, if by listing with them you feel you are doing them a favor, you need to re-evaluate your priorities. The only person you should care about when listing your home is YOU.

As a Realtor® who has represented homeowners, banks and corporate investors in home sales for many years, I know the best ways to maximize my value to you. When you list with me, you get experience, dedication, honor and honest communication. I also use the latest technology and a proven marketing plan. I've named my service NextGen Listings.

I also realize that listing your home is more than selling your home. I need to be a true partner in your big picture and help you transition into the next phase of your life.
