Listing Your Home

A real estate transaction is a process, not an event.

Moving is a nervous and frenetic time. On average, people only sell two homes in their lifetime, so you're bound to have some questions when it’s your turn to sell. Therefore, listing your home with the right real estate agent is a big decision, but it doesn't have to be a difficult process.

Whom you do business with matters! And, it doesn’t cost anything more to work with the best!

As a Realtor® who has represented homeowners, banks, builders and corporate investors in home sales for nearly 20 years, I know the best ways to maximize my value to you and to maximize your home’s value on the market. When you list with me, you get experience, dedication, honor and honest communication. I also use the latest technology and a proven marketing plan. I've named my service NextGen Listings.

I also realize that listing your home is more than selling your home. I need to be a true partner in your big picture and help you transition into the next phase of your life. My reviews will show you hundreds of raving fans, most of whom were happy to not only write about their experience with me but also to do photos and/or video!

Finally, many people have a family member or a friend who is a real estate agent. Great! So long as this person is (a) a seasoned full-time agent you have full confidence in, (b) with whom you are comfortable sharing your general finances and (c) is an expert in the local area where your home is, go for it. However, if by listing with them you feel you as if you are doing them a favor, you need to re-evaluate your priorities. The only person you should care about when selling your home is YOU.
