I also ultimately found him to be exceedingly honest and truthful in all his communications with me. His photos were brilliant and well-lighted. However, I ended up being swayed into listing with another agent because they had promised me the world, and that turned out to be a big mistake.

In hindsight, I should have gone with Hal. He even continued to keep in touch during my selling process and courteously provided me with suggestions and assistance even though I hadn't selected him.
