Want To Sell Your Home Fast and For Best Price?

You know that car thing, where you buy a sweet ride from a little old lady from Pasedena?  Well, I was perusing a real estate site today and found a wise Realtor from Pasedena who has the same vision I do about pricing a home for sale.

It comes down to creating a market for your home.  Effective marketing can only go so far.  The next step is to have something buyers will get excited about.  The answer is PRICE!

So, if you don't want to take my advice on this point, please at least read what this nice man from Pasadena, CA has to say...
